GRADUATE SCHOOL OF PHARMACY AND PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES

The Graduate School was instituted in 1987 for providing highly trained specialists to respond the demands of our society. The program constitutes the two year graduate study (Master's Program) and the three year graduate study (Doctoral Program) after completion of Master's Program. Students can choose one of three fields (twenty laboratories): Medicinal Chemistry, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutics and Pharmacological Sciences, in which they pursue graduate research towards thesis preparation. Students who complete the graduate program and pass a thesis examination set by the Committee of the Graduate School are granted the degree of Master of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The degree of Doctor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences will be granted in fulfillment of requirements specific to the Doctoral Program.
